Terms

Terms for a focused pickup workflow.

ValetLoop is software for established dry cleaners to configure property programs, enroll residents, validate pickup schedules, and organize operational handoffs. These terms cover that focused workflow and the surfaces currently available.

What ValetLoop does

Cleaners are responsible for the accuracy of property rules, access instructions, service availability, and their manifest or CSV operations. Residents are responsible for accurate enrollment details, communication consent, and following the cleaner’s handoff instructions. ValetLoop does not replace a cleaner’s POS, price garments, run plant production, navigate routes, manage lockers, or process resident garment-care payments.

Accounts and acceptable use

Cleaner accounts and management links must be used only by authorized people. Do not misuse links, submit information about someone without authority, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. The cleaner remains responsible for its relationship with residents and its downstream operational systems.

Billing, communications, and data

Cleaner subscriptions use Stripe-authoritative billing state when configured. Applicable commercial terms, including any price or trial, are shown before a charge; Stripe provides the provider-side invoice and billing event record. ValetLoop does not collect resident garment-care payments.

Account, recovery, operational, and resident-link email may be queued through the notification outbox and sent with Resend when configured. Delivery depends on provider configuration and includes the available consent and opt-out controls. Cleaner account owners can request a redacted export or deletion review in Settings. A confirmed deletion review is cancellable for 30 days and does not itself delete data; legal holds, provider copies, and backup retention can affect the completion boundary.
